Summer Camp enrollment is now in progress for continuing and new families. Classes will be filled on a first come, first serve basis. Five day and every week enrollment does take priority.

After your application has been processed (10 business days) and placement has been confirmed, you will receive a Contract Agreement and other required enrollment paperwork that must be signed and returned to the ECEC Office along with the $35.00 enrollment fee. Spaces are not confirmed until contract, payment, and enrollment paperwork are received. 

The ECEC has a summer camp for ages 1 years old and walking through 6 years old. The camp runs for six weeks starting Monday, July 7th - Friday, August 15th. We incorporate camp themes into the lesson plans every two weeks to make it fun for the children. The themes this year are The Great Outdoors, Sports Camp, and Loose Parts Play. Children get more outside time over the summer and lots of water play. Camp hours are from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Early drop off is not provided and late stay is offered until 5:00 pm (space is limited). Families are able to choose specific weeks on the application but 5 day and every week enrollment takes priority. The schedules you can choose from are the same as the school year (2 days on Tues/Thurs, 3 days on Mon/Wed/Fri, or 5 days a week). The cost for toddlers is $85 per day and preschool and older children are $75 per day. Spaces are not confirmed until contract, payment, and enrollment paperwork are received.  

*If we have a spot for your child you will receive a confirmation email within 10 days of submitting your application. In the email, enrollment paperwork will be provided for you to complete. 

*If you do not receive a confirmation email within 10 days of submitting your application your child has been placed on the waitlist. You are welcome to call or email the front desk to see your child's spot on the waitlist.

• Updated Health Appraisal
• Copy of your child's Immunization Records
• Copy of your child's Birth Certificate or Proof of Birth
• Policies and Agreements Form
• Child Information (Emergency Contact) Form 
• Child Intake Form - link provided in enrollment email
• Denver Assessment - completed before child's first day

Children's spots will not be accepted without all of the listed components.

Once you have submitted your application your child will automatically be placed on a waiting list for placement. Processing of applications is anticipated to take up to 10 business days. After your application has been processed you will receive a Contract Agreement that must be signed and returned to the ECEC Office along with the $250.00 enrollment fee and all required enrollment paperwork.  Spaces are not confirmed until contract, payment, and enrollment paperwork are received.  

Please verify that the information on the Contract of Service is correct, review & sign the document and return with ALL additional paperwork to the ECEC Front Desk within one week WITH PAYMENT to confirm your child's placement.  

The Contract of Service along with payment confirm your child's enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year. Contract of Service agreements, payment & paperwork received after the due date specified are not guaranteed.
