Wolverines@Work
Over the past few years, Experience+ and the Student Employment Advisory Council (SEAC) have explored ways to enhance the student employee and supervisor experience on campus and on a national scale. This coordinated effort is branded as “Wolverines at Work” or "W@W." W@W seeks to provide professional development and celebration opportunities for our campus student employees and their supervisors.
SEAC was formed in Fall of 2023 and is made up of staff and faculty from all across campus, passionate about enhancing the student employee experience. SEAC creates relevant resources, coordinate events, and address student employment related concerns.

Submit a W@W Factor!
Wolverines@Work has created an opportunity to spotlight student employees who embody the "W@W Factor" - those students who go above and beyond.
Every act matters, and we believe those deserve recognition. Share with us, a student employee who possesses the W@W Factor and we'll convey your words of gratitude straight to them each month. The smallest token of recognition can make a huge difference. So, why wait? Let's appreciate the Wolverines@Work making a difference on our 51Ƶ-Dearborn campus.
