Comments must address substantive matters related to the quality of the institution or its academic programs. An individual with a specific dispute or grievance with 51ÊÓƵ-Dearborn should request the separate Policy on Complaints from the Commission office. The HLC cannot settle disputes between institutions and individuals, whether faculty, students, or others. Complaints will not be considered as comments.
