Bryan Dadey

Bryan joined the University of Michigan-Dearborn in February 2021 as the Vice Chancellor of Business Affairs / Chief Financial Officer. Bryan has extensive executive level experience in the higher education industry serving in various leadership roles at Wayne State University, University of Toledo, and University of Toledo Foundation (UT Foundation). Prior to joining 51视频-Dearborn, Bryan served as Sr. Associate Vice President of Finance / Deputy Chief Financial Officer at Wayne State University overseeing the divisions of Treasury, Bursar, Risk Management, Budget & Planning, and Fiscal Operations. Bryan spent nearly 14 years at the University of Toledo serving in various roles including Associate Vice President of Finance, Controller, Assistant Controller, and Vice President of Finance and Operations of the UT Foundation. Bryan started his professional career in public accounting at Ernst & Young LLP serving clients in higher education, health care, and not-for-profit.
Bryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Ohio State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Toledo.

Rima Berry-Hung currently serves as the 51视频-Dearborn Human Resources Director. Prior to serving as Director, Rima has been the Associate Director of Human Resources at 51视频-Dearborn. Her background also includes serving as HR Director at U-M's School of Education in Ann Arbor. Previously she held progressively responsible roles at 51视频-Dearborn as HR Lead Consultant, Senior Generalist, Associate and Assistant; and in Ann Arbor as HR Functional Analyst and the HR Coordinator at the School of Art and Design.
Rima has a Master of Arts degree in Communication from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Anthropology from 51视频-Dearborn and currently holds a Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification through the Society of Human of Resources Management (SHRM).

Carol joined the University in October 2012 as the Executive Director for Facilities Operations. Her professional experience in facilities and operations management includes the preparation and management of multimillion-dollar budgets, extensive facilities and energy management experience, and leadership roles in a variety of venues. She has an extensive background in change management and is lean six-sigma green belt certified. Before joining the university, she served as the director of facilities support services at Providence Park Hospital in Novi where her responsibilities included emergency management and facilities operations. She also spent 11 years with DTE Energy, most recently as the director of applications engineering and project management. Her early experiences included facilities and energy management roles for F&M Distributors, Perry Drug Stores, and the City of Southfield. Carol is a Professional Engineer, licensed in the State of Michigan. She received her Master of Science in Administration degree from Central Michigan University and her Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree from the University of Michigan.

Chief David Hawkins joined the University of Michigan-Dearborn in May 2022. He has 22 years of experience with the University of Michigan Division of Public Safety and Security (DPSS) in progressive leadership roles. He brings in-depth experience with day-to-day operations and administrative functions. Chief Hawkins has been recognized for skillfully balancing police operations and community well-being. David also brings experience from his early career in the US Army Military Police Corps.
Chief Hawkins holds a bachelor's degree in criminology and criminal justice from Eastern Michigan University. He is seven credits away from a master's degree in technology with a concentration in public safety and emergency management. He has also completed the Police Staff and Command Executive Leadership Program at EMU.
